Whether it's your dog's very first visit or they're a regular face at Kay9 Grooming, I want every appointment to be a positive experience.

Every dog is welcomed with plenty of fuss, patience and time to settle before we begin.

After all... grooming should never feel rushed.

🛁 Bath Time

Every groom starts with a lovely warm bath using professional shampoos chosen to suit your dog's coat and skin.

Then comes a gentle blow dry (with plenty of reassurance for those who aren't quite convinced it's the best invention ever!).
 

✂️ Time for a Haircut

Once your dog is clean, dry and comfortable, it's time for their groom.

Whether it's a tidy-up or a complete makeover, every groom is tailored to your dog's individual needs.

No rushing.

No conveyor belt.

Just one-to-one care.
 

❤️ Breaks Are Always Allowed

Some dogs like to power through.

Others appreciate a cuddle, a drink or a little stretch.

That's absolutely fine.

Your dog's comfort will always come before the clock.

💗 Before You Leave

Before collection I'll let you know how your dog got on, answer any questions you have and, if needed, give you advice on keeping their coat looking lovely between visits.
 

Pricing

Because every dog is different, appointments are charged by the time your dog needs rather than by breed.

💗 Standard Grooming — £40 per hour

💗 Severely Matted Dogs — £50 per hour

You'll only ever be charged for the time your dog's groom actually takes.
