I know leaving your dog with someone else is a big deal.

To keep every dog safe, comfortable and happy, I ask all owners to read and agree to a few simple policies before their appointment.

These help protect your dog, other dogs visiting Kay9 Grooming and my business.

The full grooming agreement is sent when you book your appointment.

Every appointment is tailored to your dog's individual needs.

Appointments are charged by the time your dog needs rather than by breed.

If your dog's coat is severely matted, clipping may be the kindest and safest option.

Please ensure vaccinations are up to date before your appointment.

Late collections are charged at the hourly rate until collection.

During periods of extreme heat or dangerous weather, appointments may occasionally need to be rearranged for your dog's welfare.

A completed consent form is required before every appointment.

The full grooming agreement will be sent to you before your appointment through my booking system.
